Company names and logos

Whose marks these are, why they are here, and how to have yours removed.

They belong to the companies, not to us

Company names, product names and logos on this site are the marks of the companies they identify. We claim no rights in any of them. Where a logo appears we took it from that company’s own website, and we use it for one purpose: to identify that company on its own listing, the same job its name does.

Showing a mark does not mean the company endorses this site, is connected with it, or has approved or even read what we have written about it. Nothing here is published with any company’s permission, and nothing here requires it.

Where each one came from

Every logo carries the exact address it was taken from and the date, exactly as every other fact on this site does. Nothing is redrawn, recoloured or altered, and nothing is taken from a third-party logo service.

We do not republish your literature

A brochure or a datasheet is a copyrighted work, and naming a company is a different act from republishing its documents. Where a document is worth reading we link to it on your own site, so a reader gets it from you, in whatever form you are publishing it today.

Having yours removed

Write to legal@buysidefintech.com and we will remove your logo. You do not need to give a reason and we will not argue about it. Your listing stays, with your name and without your mark, because the listing is editorial and the mark is yours.

If you believe anything else here infringes your rights, the process is in section 8 of the terms.
